Mouille Point Beach sits along a quieter stretch of the Atlantic Seaboard, just west of the V&A Waterfront. The grassy lawns fill up on weekends with picnickers and dog walkers. The promenade runs the full length of the beach, connecting you to Sea Point in one direction and the Waterfront in the other. Sunsets here are genuinely spectacular, with Lions Head and Signal Hill as a backdrop. Food and drink options are nearby but limited on the beach itself, so bring your own snacks.
